Excited to share that today Marvell announced we’ve entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Celestial AI, a pioneer in disruptive Photonic Fabric™ technology purpose-built for scalable optical interconnect.
By combining our UALink scale-up switch roadmap with Celestial AI’s breakthrough optical scale-up interconnect, we’ll enable customers to build AI systems that scale beyond the limits of copper and redefine what’s possible in AI data center architecture.
This strategic acquisition is a major step forward in accelerating our connectivity strategy for next-generation AI and cloud data centers. Building on our leadership in scale-out and scale-across connectivity, we expect this expanded portfolio to make Marvell the industry’s most comprehensive provider of high-bandwidth, low-power, low-latency solutions for next-generation data center networks.
