Truist Securities Downgrades $TENB to Hold from Buy, Raises PT to $40 from $27
Analyst comments: "We are downgrading TENB to Hold from Buy and raising our price target to $40 from $27, as we believe the stock’s risk-reward has become more balanced, with limited upside to our revised price target and a medium-term financial profile that still requires clearer evidence of durable revenue acceleration.
We continue to view Tenable as a high-quality cybersecurity franchise with strong free cash flow generation, an expanding platform mix, and improving operating discipline. However, we believe upside is more limited until the company demonstrates faster Tenable One migration, stronger net retention, and tangible monetization from Hexa and other AI-driven workflows."
