不做 T-Mobile美国(TMUS.US)
Deutsche Telekom(DTE.DE)

T-MOBILE NO LONGER SUPPORTS DEUTSCHE TELEKOM MERGER - SEMAFOR
Several large institutional investors have signaled they would oppose the proposed $300B combination, partly because Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile’s controlling shareholder, is growing more slowly than its U.S. subsidiary. T-Mobile executives now doubt a shareholder vote would pass.
Regulatory concerns are another obstacle. Officials indicated CFIUS would likely require guarantees that T-Mobile’s U.S. revenue remain in or be reinvested in the country. T-Mobile generated roughly $18B in adjusted free cash flow last year and paid more than $2B in dividends to Deutsche Telekom.
