騰綠能源攜手鴻海等夥伴推台製電芯用於企業用戶側儲能，2027上半年量產、目標100MWh

Tun Green Power partnered with Foxconn, Billion Watts, NoonSpare Energy Technology, and Rich Electric to develop behind-the-meter energy storage systems (ESS) using Taiwan-made lithium battery cells. The companies signed a cooperation agreement in Taiwan on October 12, 2026, targeting mass production and deliveries in the first half of 2027, with a deployment goal of 100 megawatt-hours (MWh) as corporate customers seek more options for localized storage equipment.

The agreement covers more than battery-cell supply. The partners plan to combine cell selection, power conversion, energy management, system integration, safety design, and ongoing operations and maintenance. That approach is intended to turn Taiwan-made lithium battery cells into complete, deployable ESS solutions for corporate sites rather than leaving them as component-level products.
Tun Green Power will add the new solution to its existing ESS portfolio instead of replacing current offerings. The company currently uses systems based on Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL) solutions and will continue promoting them, with configurations determined by individual customer requirements. The Taiwan-made option is designed for customers seeking locally produced equipment, subsidy eligibility, or system designs aligned with specific applications and procurement plans.
Deploying storage at business facilities requires site assessments and tailored equipment configurations in addition to the battery cells. The partnership will draw on Tun Green Power's experience serving corporate customers while combining the partners' capabilities across batteries, power conversion, energy management, and integration. The companies said these functions are necessary to address safety, control, and maintenance requirements throughout the system's operating life.
The collaboration reflects a Taiwan ESS market in which corporate buyers are evaluating battery sources and system configurations alongside power management and performance. Tun Green Power said it aims to preserve its existing product lineup while creating practical applications for locally made cells. It also plans to work with ESS providers that offer different technical and service capabilities, expanding the use of Taiwan-made batteries and supporting greater self-sufficiency and larger-scale deployment in Taiwan's ESS industry.
