Sercomm reported record June 2026 revenue of NT$7.27 billion, up 12.2% from May and 70.8% from a year earlier, as AI-related network traffic and broadband infrastructure upgrades lifted demand. The telecom broadband equipment maker said the strong performance also pushed second-quarter and first-half revenue to all-time highs.

A record-setting quarter and first half
According to the company, second-quarter 2026 revenue reached NT$20.61 billion, rising 23.8% from the prior quarter and 68.8% from NT$12.22 billion in the same period of 2025. Revenue for January through June totaled NT$37.26 billion, up 58.1% from NT$23.57 billion a year earlier. Sercomm said its June, second-quarter and first-half revenue figures all set new company records.
The company's previous full-year revenue record was NT$64.57 billion in 2022, but it has already surpassed NT$35 billion in the first half of 2026. Market watchers cited by the company expect a new full-year high this year, though Sercomm itself gave no specific forecast.
AI-driven demand across the network
Sercomm said AI has sharply increased network data traffic, accelerating demand for equipment upgrades. It also pointed to broader use of video streaming, smart IoT and remote monitoring as additional drivers for telecom broadband suppliers. Operators are speeding up customer-premises equipment upgrades to capture that demand.
Expanding the product lineup
The company said it plans to keep launching next-generation broadband products and expand its share of the telecom market. Demand remained strong for cable DOCSIS 4.0 equipment, 10G PON fiber equipment, 5G FWA fixed wireless access equipment, Wi-Fi 7 products and enterprise networking gear, while newer lines such as edge AI smart surveillance devices and DAA distributed access architecture equipment continued to gain traction.
