台湾大哥大D.E.E.P.

方向:无可对照先例,且本条无财务增量,先例不会改变NO_CAUSAL_EXPOSURE结论

Taiwan Mobile kicked off its fourth annual Tech Day, "D.E.E.P. Tech Day 2026," on September 8. This year's event centered on Agentic AI, exploring enterprise strategy, platform technologies, Japanese corporate case studies, deployment, and governance and security.
The telecommunications giant demonstrated how AI agents are transitioning from proof-of-concept projects into core corporate workflows, while highlighting 15 self-developed AI technologies and application suites across five key operational domains: production, sales, human resources, R&D, and finance. The showcase outlined a comprehensive enterprise deployment roadmap spanning infrastructure, AI models, applications, and governance.
End-to-end enterprise AI capabilities
Taiwan Mobile President Jamie Lin stated that the 15 in-house AI solutions presented at the event include applications such as MyAgent, M+, AI Mentor, AI Avatar, and voice quality inspection systems. Through live demonstrations and interactive experiences, decision-makers gained direct insight into how AI integrates into enterprise systems and core operations, ranging from foundational computing architecture to model technology.
At the infrastructure layer, Taiwan Mobile showcased critical technologies for enterprise AI development, including AI data centers (AIDC), computing power, green energy, and energy management. At the model layer, the company demonstrated capabilities spanning myVoca, text-to-speech (TTS), vision-language models (VLM), translation, emotion recognition, small language models (SLM), reasoning judgment, and speech-to-speech (STS) technologies.
At the application layer, the solutions addressed five core business scenarios, illustrating how AI agents enter workflows across meeting collaboration, customer service and sales, talent development, R&D innovation, and financial expense reporting. At the governance layer, Taiwan Mobile emphasized establishing an AI governance framework to help businesses build a secure, compliant, and controllable operational environment.
Building a corporate brain and one-stop integration
Taiwan Mobile Chief Information Officer Rock Tsai noted that adopting new AI models and tools is merely the starting point of digital transformation. Reshaping organizations, workflows, and operational methodologies is essential to fully unlocking AI productivity. As AI increasingly participates in task execution, enterprises must convert accumulated employee experience, judgment, and domain know-how into manageable, sustainable, and continuously learning cognitive capital to build a proprietary "corporate brain."
Addressing market implementation, Shing Chu, Chief Enterprise Business Officer at Taiwan Mobile, highlighted that as AI-driven workforce capabilities mature, Taiwan Mobile will leverage its communications technology (CT) infrastructure and enterprise service expertise. By partnering with systems integrator Systex to combine IT capabilities, the alliance aims to deliver one-stop integration covering AI infrastructure, models, applications, governance, and legacy system connectivity to advance the vision of "AI for Industry Application."
