Thunder Tiger(8033.TW)

Thunder Tiger showcased its latest defense systems at AUSA 2026, the Association of the United States Army's annual exhibition in the US, marking its fourth consecutive appearance at the event and its largest booth to date. The Taiwan-based company presented three key products in a bid to capture US defense opportunities.
As its presence at the exhibition continues to grow, Thunder Tiger joined major US defense contractors, including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, and General Dynamics, in the four-star sponsorship tier.
Thunder Tiger focused on three key systems: the mobile Papa Delta × Ultra Buggy unmanned ground vehicle (UGV), the SeaShark 600 armed unmanned surface vessel (USV), and the Blue UAS-certified Overkill first-person-view (FPV) attack drone.
Thunder Tiger emphasized that it is building scalable, in-house mass-production capabilities through modular design, tooling, component standardization, and supply chain collaboration. With advantages including a "China-free supply chain," "Made in Taiwan" production, and rapid mass production, the company is actively engaging with the US military and international partners to pursue testing and validation, supply chain cooperation, and procurement opportunities.
The biggest highlight was the first public unveiling of Thunder Tiger's Papa Delta aluminum-stamped delta-wing loitering munition drone. The system integrates with the Ultra Buggy UGV and a pneumatic launch system, enabling mobile deployment and on-site launches without relying on runways or fixed positions.
It offers two propulsion configurations to accommodate different mission ranges and payload requirements: 175 cc or 250 cc piston engines, or a CS-80 turbojet engine developed through a technology transfer from the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology.
The SeaShark 600 is a six-meter aluminum-stamped USV equipped with the Bullfrog precision firing system from US-based Allen Control Systems and a four-round launcher for AeroVironment's Switchblade loitering munitions. The platform combines Thunder Tiger's SeaShark USV with US weapons systems and is designed to conduct both reconnaissance and strikes at sea.
The Bullfrog system was also displayed on the Ultra Buggy UGV, demonstrating the use of a common weapons module across land and maritime platforms.
The Overkill FPV drone, which previously secured Blue UAS certification from the US Department of Defense, was also on display at the expo. The product line includes complete drone systems and key components, such as fiber-optic communications equipment, remote controllers, video goggles, motors, and electronic speed controllers.
Thunder Tiger also debuted the Vision-T OLED FPV goggles, a peripheral product for FPV drones. The company said its FPV display features integrate solutions developed with US-based Auterion and partner companies in Israel and Taiwan. Through international collaboration and local manufacturing, the company aims to reduce reliance on Chinese components and ensure supply chain traceability.
