The plant provided first aid and transported the employee to a hospital for emergency treatment, but the employee later died. Xinxing has completed the occupational accident report and is cooperating with the labor inspection investigation to determine responsibility in accordance with the law.
Regarding the shutdown order, Xinxing said some machinery in the affected area of the Yangmei plant has been temporarily halted. Operations can resume only after the relevant deficiencies have been corrected and the Labor Inspection Office approves the restart.
