OVERSEAS TENDER RESULTS
This announcement is voluntarily made by Wasion Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’), together with its subsidiaries (the ‘‘Group’’).
The board of directors of the Company (the ‘‘Board’’) is pleased to announce that WASION ENERGIA DO BRASIL LTDA, a subsidiary established in Brazil by the Company’s subsidiary Wayon Energy Technology Co., Ltd., successfully secured a recloser supply contract from Equatorial Energia in August 2026, with a total contract value of approximately BRL110.10 million (approximately RMB144.89 million or approximately HK$168.42 million).
Equatorial Energia is one of the largest integrated infrastructure and integrated energy groups in Brazil, and a highly representative integrated utility company in the Latin American capital market. It holds a core position in multiple sectors in Brazil, including power distribution, power transmission, renewable energy generation, energy trading, and water/basic sanitation.
The recloser is a core product in the Group’s smart grid solutions, used to enhance the automation level and power supply reliability of power distribution networks. The Board believes that this bid award will further strengthen the Group’s business foundation in overseas markets and bring positive impacts to the Group’s long-term development.
This announcement is made by the order of the Board, the members of which individually and jointly accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information disclosed in this announcement.
