CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT TO
2026 INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT
Reference is made to the interim results announcement of The United Laboratories International
Holdings Limited for the six months ended 30 June 2026 dated 31 August 2026 (the ‘‘Results
Announcement’’).
Due to inadvertent clerical error, the capital commitents at 30 June 2026 as stated in Note 14 to
Financial Statements should be corrected as below:
14. CAPITAL COMMITMENTS
As at 30 June 2026, the Group had commitments for capital expenditure of
RMB1,044,131,000 (31 December 2025: RMB1,319,378,000) in respect of the acquisition of
property, plant and equipment contracted for but not provided in the condensed consolidated
financial statements.
Save for above, the Board confirms that all other information contained in the Results
Announcement remains unchanged.
