Ms. Fulk

After more than 15 years at Eli Lilly and Company, she served in a series of senior finance and operating leadership roles, including as Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded

During her tenure at Lilly,
Ms. Fulk
held increasingly senior roles spanning commercial finance, research and development, investor relations, treasury, and global operations. Her positions included Chief Financial Officer of Lilly’s
