TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Slide Insurance Holdings, Inc. (“Slide” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: SLDE) announced today that its Board of Directors (“Board”) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per common share and a one-time special dividend of $1.50 per common share. The quarterly dividend and special dividend will both be payable on November 30, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 23, 2026.
“Given the continued confidence we have in our business model and our long-term growth strategy, as well as the enduring strength of our balance sheet, Slide’s Board of Directors declared a one-time special dividend of $1.50 per share,” said Bruce Lucas, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Slide. “We are pleased to be able to continue returning value to our shareholders, while retaining ample capital to support our long-term growth initiatives and further profitably scale our business.”
The declaration and payment of dividends are subject to the discretion of Slide’s Board and depend on a variety of factors, including the Company’s financial condition and results of operations.
