[20:30] If it could be a little tighter, but I would also mix.
[20:30] That is coming this week. You need labor costs, So that has been hovering around 2%. I will be watching.
[20:30] Everity earnings on Friday we asked this because the inflation is coming from other places.
[20:30] But it's a tight labor market where potentially workers could ask for higher wages, which is something that john asks for a lot, and some people will argue that.
[20:30] In this cycle, with consecutive supply side shocks to build out AI, the wage inflation.
[20:30] Could follow some of is the leaking indicator.
[20:30] Some sense, but I look at consumer a lot and what I see is not just growth driven by AI.
[20:30] But also growth is telling me that it's slowing.
[20:31] Telling us so and personal income is related to wages.
[20:31] You know, chicken and egg kind of thing as well, you could say it's a ligging indicator, but I would just.
[20:31] Portion of taking it the upper end of the income sphere has been supporting.
[20:31] Of the consumer spending that the stock market has performedformed so well.
[20:31] How do you parse out the average versus the majority of all spending?
[20:31] Well, you look at sensitivities of movements in the markets, for example.
[20:31] What I'm referring to is think about the consumer who actually reacted very positive.
[20:32] And very quickly in the latest consumer confidence report to the decline in oil prices.
[20:32] Tvel plans, services spending actually increased right away. So that tells me consumer is very sensitive on every.
[20:32] Two movements in the market, which also means that if we get an exogenous shock, if we get something a risky.
[20:32] Even in the markets that wealth effect could be a little bit vulnerable.
[20:32] It's clearly very volatile and linked to what's happening with the energy story, but how volatile has the spending been, the output been this year?
[20:32] Strong recently, but if work can't increase.
[20:32] In spectator spots, the highest increase in Atlanta, like Olympic Games in 9.
[20:32] I believe, if you exclude September 11th effect, and I think it will reverse. so there will be some.
[20:33] VolaIn the second half of the year, I expected it to weaken and that's a long time the calling in the labor market you're anticipating too.
[20:33] Do you think the door is going to open for the Fed officials to keep things on hold?
[20:33] SpG Waller, which was obviously a very hawkish speech. You know, I was paying attention to his assessment of the.
[20:33] Mar and two things he said. One is that at the point on the beverage curve, now that we are at.
[20:33] Inflection point, further declines in job openings could lead to increases in the unemployment rate. That is a difference from the 2.
[20:33] 122 episode. and another thing is, again, going back to the wages argument, I think wage growth.
[20:33] At3% every child earnings is consistent with 2% inflation. If that's the case, then why is an ambiguous factor.
[20:34] a fed on hold a reason to sell the long end of the yield curve. right I mean, if I were going to quote Mark cabana, you can't fool the bond Well, the bond is a mess.
[20:34] Right now and it actually of the lack of explanation in the.
[20:34] Reaction function.
[20:34] yieldield curve going higher is more punitive to the economy or a bit more messy than using the front end of the yield curve.
[20:34] To housing market right that is already in a very dire place that is definitely hurting.
[20:34] That part of the economy, at least, I would say that consumer affordability overall definitely is linked to the long.
[20:34] En of the yield curve, and it's already in a very questionable spot.
[20:34] of the conference hike this year yet we could potentially get that deceleration and this is the argument.
[20:35] it's a legitimate argument, I think the issue is it wasn't expressed and he was given fed chair worry.
[20:35] This is the reason why we're on hold is because we're not seeing these incredible pressures. we'll see what we get, but he didn't offer that, so there wasn't a sense of what.
[20:35] Exactly caused them to remain on hold even with those three for the talk that the F has an articulated or communicated reaction function.
[20:35] TheF Chair hasn't plenty on the committee to Yona's point of willing to do completely the opposite and still this morning we've got evidence of that.
[20:35] I love the idea that Jim Bianco said, which is the deent of the new forward guidance and looking at things and essentially that's what we're seeing.
[20:35] Now they're a lot louder payrolls on Friday, the estimate in our survey 80 the range.
[20:35] The lowest 40K unemployment the one to watch share. Can that drift down towards, say, 4% get closer to that.
[20:36] threshold because I imagine that would start to get some officials on the committee nervous that maybe we are closer to that point where this labor market could be a source of inflation.
[20:36] Han't been a big source of inflation over the last year or so, wayss have heldd in, but haven't been fantastic, maybe that changes if things continue with this rate.
[20:36] AndThat's why people are saying there could potentially be quite a big reaction, not just to the overall jobs number, but also under.
[20:36] When you take a look at wages, when you take a look at the jolts data today and the quits rate that's going to matterp claims pay of.
[20:36] Lab market data the week's get an update on news elsewhere this morning with brief has more He Hey John you the Trump administration is.
[20:36] ban on import of data center components from China Reuters reporting the proposed bans China.
[20:36] 🎼ware or data critical from centers critical to the AI boom.
[20:36] Moobile and Chevron for their soaring profits as oil prices surged during the war in Iran, Trump said the biggest US oil companies.
[20:37] oteMaking too much money and urging them to give some of that back to the public and cut retail gasoline prices.

[20:39] Or are going to want to try to build it so we see the entire financial industry as both partners and potentially competitors because the future.
[20:39] Finance is going to run on crypto rails and Coinbase has been a leader in that regard, so we see an inevitable convergence.
[20:39] Between traditional finance and crypto, efficiencies and benefits.

[20:41] So far the expectations at the highest level in five years with earnings growth of some 30% and when you see these numbers.
