[13:47] FirstBetween Common Frankrank and add unit credit, and then we will definitely come out to the public to share more details on it.

[13:49] Um in joint in a joint approach and perhaps you don't want to talk about the details of the takeover.
[13:49] understand that, but have any investors apart from Uni credited asked Uertina to step aside as CEO to make way for somebody?😊
[13:49] lTo strike a deal with Andrea No, rather the contrary, I think.

[13:50] Dividends and buybacks mainly benefit un credit.😊
[13:51] The4% and that are, and it's beneficial for all shareholders orders.

[13:51] Developments and your earnings for us, great to see you, thank you very much.😊
[13:52] Well, let's turn to some other earnings in Germany, Zemens raising its earnings expectations for a second time this year.😊
[13:52] The manufacturer says that that's due to a surge in data center spending and higher returns from selling software to industry and the CEO Roland Bo told.
[13:52] Business and our software business. and both are really firing. So our automation business had an order intake increase of 11%.
[13:52] By 7%. So we see a good momentum there that comes with a good conversion and our software.
[13:52] Digital business, digital business, software and services.
[13:52] grew by 15. So we have a growth momentum, which obviously translates also into good profitability. And what about the competitive lands.
[13:52] I'm thinking in particular about factory.
[13:53] In China, you know, we developed and launched new Chinese products. The first 16 landed in the market, another.
[13:53] Ach of 26, we launched early this year. They grow in the mid S%.
[13:53] AndAlso also on the high end side, where we see C, of course, in particular. Okay, so standing up to the competition in China, then Roland, let me ask you about the.
[13:54] Da center build out and the ways that the zmens.
[13:54] This is a massive investment which goes there. And I come to your a question a second that helped us also growing our smart infrastructure business.
[13:54] For example, electrification business grew by 20%.
[13:54] So now you'll understand that we have, of course, the electrification piece.
[13:55] Slow voltage, medium voltage, where we have a huge demand, which we can serve, within then AI factories.
[13:55] We are also adapting our functionality. We can use it. And then after all.
[13:55] If you want to build new data centers, you want to build them fast and super efficient. So we offer a digital twin of a whole.
[13:55] So direct current, we see product switching products, almost we're working on that, they are new technology.
[13:55] And we are working with NviDdia for a blueprint of these new AI factories together, again, using all digital twins.
[13:56] Busy day of earnings, we've already had plenty of them, plenty more ahead, let's also take a look at the other risk events on the docket for today on the macro front.😊
[13:56] At7 am Londonn time in just a couple of minutes we'll be getting German factory orders then at 10 am London time.😊
[13:58] Everybody.
[13:58] Moments for some of the world's most influential.
[13:58] 🎼It was a rough and tuble world. And I thought, okay, I can rise up. I can play this game, and I did play the game. It was great.
[13:58] 25 years I've interviewed world leaders, bank bosses, even fashion icons.
[13:58] Often asking about the news of the moment, but I've always been curious who are these people as leaders join me for the podcast version.
[13:59] to where they are, where they're going next and how they've transformed their organization in the process make decisions.
[13:59] A poor decision is old.
[13:59] 🎼Re don't do it because of formal will also learn lessons which.
