Lotte Innovate展示10余款集团定制AI Agent并扩展企业AI业务

Lotte Innovate is accelerating the AI transformation (AX) of Lotte Group through artificial intelligence (AI) agents tailored to its affiliates.
Lotte Innovate said on the 16th that it presented more than 10 AI agents developed for practical business applications at an AI exhibition held ahead of the "2026 Second-Half Lotte VCM," which took place at Lotte World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the 15th. The exhibition introduced use cases of the AI agents and the current status of AX initiatives.
The AI agents on display were developed to address real-world tasks across various business areas, including food, distribution, chemicals, and infrastructure. In the food and distribution sector, they provide price monitoring, raw material price and product demand forecasting, and store competitiveness diagnostics through consumer review analysis. In the chemicals sector, the company showcased a function that analyzes the global market outlook for the petrochemical and electric vehicle and battery industries, while in the infrastructure sector, it unveiled functions for identifying candidate sites for new businesses and predicting content success. An AI assistant based on voice and motion recognition was also presented.
The services unveiled apply generative AI using large language models (LLM) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology. They analyze internal corporate data to provide necessary information in real time and have implemented conversational features using speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS).
Lotte Innovate plans to continue expanding AI agents suited to the work characteristics of each affiliate, spreading AI use across the group. The company provides end-to-end AI services spanning from AI service development to infrastructure construction and operation by combining its AI, cloud, and data center operation capabilities. It intends to expand its enterprise AI business, targeting not only Lotte Group's AX but also corporate clients in various industries.
"The AI agents unveiled this time are enterprise AI services designed for immediate use in various practical operations," a Lotte Innovate official said. "Based on our accumulated field application experience, we will advance the group's AX and expand our enterprise AI business that leads AI transformation across various industries."
