LG CNS 获印尼税务总局 Coretax 建设贡献感谢牌，AI 新项目仍处洽谈阶段

LG CNS (064400.KS) said on the 14th that it received a plaque of appreciation from Indonesia's Directorate General of Taxes for its contribution to building Coretax, the agency's next-generation tax administration system. The award ceremony was held on the 11th at the tax agency's office in Jakarta, attended by Bimo Wijayanto, director general of taxes of Indonesia, and Kim Hong-keun, executive vice president of LG CNS.
Coretax is the next-generation tax administration system of the Directorate General of Taxes, which operates under Indonesia's Ministry of Finance. The project consolidates previously scattered functions — taxpayer registration, filing, payment, refunds, tax audits and collection — onto a single platform, shifting tax administration onto a digital foundation.
LG CNS formed a consortium with Austrian information technology firm Qualysoft and completed construction of the Coretax system in December 2024. It then supported system operations and stabilization through March this year. From April, when the tax agency began running the system on its own, LG CNS won a maintenance contract covering core infrastructure including databases. The company is in talks with the agency on an additional project to apply artificial intelligence to Coretax. It plans to further improve the efficiency of tax administration and taxpayer services through AI-driven task automation and data analysis functions.
Wijayanto said he hopes the partnership between the tax agency and LG CNS will continue on the basis of mutual respect and expertise. Kim said the company will keep cooperating so that it can contribute to Indonesia's digital government innovation, drawing on the digital transformation capabilities it has accumulated.
