YoungLimWon Soft Lab said on July 7 that it has begun an enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation project for Woori Technology.
Woori Technology, which is listed on the KOSDAQ market, operates across a broad range of businesses, including localized control systems for nuclear power plants, railway control systems and key defense components.
The project is designed to enhance management processes throughout the company's business operations. The goal is to implement an integrated ERP system that manages the entire business lifecycle—from sales and project execution to revenue recognition, payment collection and cost management—thereby improving operational visibility and strengthening data-driven decision-making.
Given Woori Technology's strong focus on project-based businesses in industries such as nuclear power, railways and defense, the implementation will emphasize project management system (PMS) capabilities. The platform will support systematic management of key project activities, including budgeting, execution, cost tracking, revenue recognition and profitability analysis, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and management oversight for project-based businesses.
The implementation will also cover production and outsourcing management, sales and export management, procurement and import management, accounting, cost and profitability management, as well as human resources and payroll administration. In addition, the ERP system will be integrated with major external platforms, including the company's groupware and electronic tax invoice systems, to improve workflow efficiency while strengthening project-level billing, revenue and payment management.
Park Yoon-kyung, executive vice president of YoungLimWon Soft Lab, said Woori Technology has extensive project execution experience and technological competitiveness in strategic industries—including nuclear power, railways and defense—that require advanced technologies and sophisticated project management capabilities.
