Foresee Pharmaceuticals (6576.TWO) announced that China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has approved CAMCEVI 42 mg for the treatment of adult patients with advanced prostate cancer. The product will be commercialized in China by the company's licensing partner, Changchun GeneScience Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (GenSci).
Advanced prostate cancer is a form of prostate cancer that has spread or progressed beyond the prostate gland and has often requires long-term hormone-based treatment to slow disease growth.
CAMCEVI 42 mg is a ready-to-use, six-month subcutaneous depot formulation of leuprolide mesylate, a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist. The treatment is designed to provide sustained delivery of medication with less frequent dosing compared with some existing therapies.
The approval marks the latest expansion of CAMCEVI's global footprint. The therapy is already approved for advanced prostate cancer in the United States, the European Union and several other
markets
.
Under an existing agreement, GenSci holds exclusive rights to commercialize CAMCEVI in China across current and future indications, including advanced prostate cancer, central precocious puberty (CPP), and premenopausal breast cancer.
Foresee also noted that GenSci submitted a supplemental New Drug Application in May 2026 seeking approval of leuprolide mesylate injectable emulsion for premenopausal breast cancer. The application has been accepted by the NMPA for substantive review.
CAMCEVI was first approved by the U.S. FDA on May 26, 2021, for the treatment of adult patients with advanced prostate cancer.
Foresee's shares (6576.TWO) have traded between TWD 71.90 and TWD 93.70 over the past year. The stock closed Monday's trading at TWD 80.00, up 2.30%.

Foresee Pharmaceuticals (6576.TWO) announced that China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has approved CAMCEVI 42 mg for the treatment of adult patients with advanced prostate cancer.
