韩华系统启动航天业务百人招聘，延续既有AI航天投资规划

Hanwha Systems is launching a large-scale recruitment campaign for experienced professionals as it expands its space business, seeking more than 100 new hires to support the Hanwha Group’s long-term investment plans in the space sector.
The company is recruiting across five areas: synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites, space-based artificial intelligence (AI) data centers, low-Earth orbit satellite communications, satellite solar cells, and satellite service operations, sales and strategy.
New hires will be assigned to Hanwha Systems’ Seoul office, Pangyo R&D Center or Jeju Space Center, depending on their roles.
Applicants are required to have at least five years of relevant professional experience, including time spent pursuing master's or doctoral degrees at domestic or overseas universities. Hanwha Systems has launched a dedicated recruitment website and plans to conduct both online and offline hiring campaigns.
The recruitment initiative is linked to Hanwha Group’s broader long-term investment strategy. On July 3, Vice Chairman Kim Dong-kwan announced a 55 trillion won “AI Space Powerhouse” strategy during a national briefing on advanced industry development in the Yeongnam region held at Gyeongsang National University in Jinju.
As part of that initiative, Hanwha Systems plans to invest approximately 20 trillion won in ultra-low Earth orbit SAR satellites, space-based AI data centers and low-Earth orbit satellite communications networks.
“This recruitment effort is intended to secure the human resources needed to execute our large-scale space investments,” a Hanwha Systems official said. “We will strengthen our workforce with experts in satellites, communications and space AI.”
