三星生物制剂在 World ADC San Diego 2026 推介端到端 ADC CDMO 能力，无新增订单或客户

Samsung Biologics (207940) showcased its end-to-end antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) service capabilities at a global ADC conference.
The company said on the 19th that it had promoted its ADC service competitiveness at World ADC San Diego 2026, a global conference dedicated to the field.
World ADC brings together global ADC companies and specialists to share next-generation development strategies and research findings and to discuss partnerships. This year's event, held for four days from October 12 to 15 in San Diego, California, drew more than 400 companies and more than 1,300 participants from around the world.
Samsung Biologics set up a standalone booth for the third consecutive year, promoting end-to-end ADC capabilities spanning contract research (CRO), contract development (CDO) and contract manufacturing (CMO). The company emphasized that it can carry out every stage of ADC production at a single site, drawing on its existing antibody drug manufacturing capacity. It also used a separate meeting room to expand contact with a range of clients.
Samsung Biologics entered the ADC contract development and manufacturing market in earnest in March last year, when it began operating a dedicated ADC production facility. Building on its antibody drug CDMO capabilities, the company has assembled its full production capacity — from cell line development to conjugation, analysis and manufacturing — within its Songdo campus in Incheon, allowing it to respond flexibly to varied client needs. It plans to build and operate a dedicated line for ADC drug products (DP) by next year, completing its full-cycle ADC service capabilities.
The company also gave presentations at the event to highlight its ADC technology. On the 14th, Marc Studer, head of ADC and messenger RNA (mRNA) operations, spoke on "From Pipeline Asset to Commercial Supply: Key Success Factors in Scaling Up ADC GMP Manufacturing." Studer shared the company's plans to expand its biologics conjugation services and its efforts and results in securing commercial ADC production capacity.
Poster presentations during the event introduced the company's ADC-related CRO and CDO capabilities. Kim Ji-na, head of the ADC platform discovery group, presented results from developing bispecific ADCs using the bispecific antibody platform S-DUAL. Oh Se-gyu of the organoid technology group disclosed ADC evaluation results using Samsung Organoids, a drug screening service based on patient-derived organoids (PDO).
"Through World ADC, we conveyed Samsung Biologics' CDMO capabilities, which can flexibly and proactively meet increasingly diverse client needs in ADCs, bispecific antibodies and organoids, following antibody drugs," said Lee Sang-myung, vice president of CDO development at Samsung Biologics. "We will continue to expand our capabilities in new modalities such as peptides to further solidify the full-cycle capabilities needed to address all client needs."
