KT推出获CSAP认证的公用部门AI邮件安全服务

KT (030200.KS) said on the 15th that it has launched a "public-sector AI email security" service that has obtained the Cloud Service Assurance Program (CSAP) certification from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), targeting the email security market for public and education institutions.
KT AI Email Security is a cloud-based security service that uses AI technology to detect and block cyber threats delivered through email, such as ransomware and phishing emails. Through a three-stage filtering system consisting of spam blocking, AI analysis, and advanced persistent threat (APT) response, it identifies and blocks malicious emails within one minute, delivering only legitimate emails to the customer's mail server.
The main customers of KT's "public-sector AI email security" are public institutions such as state-owned enterprises and national universities, as well as national education institutions. In particular, since institutions can use the cloud-based security service without large-scale investment in budget or infrastructure, they are expected to be able to pursue digital transformation and strengthen security at the same time.
The service can selectively apply up to three types of APT analysis engines, and maintains a malicious email detection accuracy of more than 97% through continuous AI learning and security enhancement.
To improve the work efficiency of security personnel, the service also provides a "One-View" feature. One-View provides the detection basis, occurrence details, and risk level of malicious behavior confirmed through AI analysis and various threat detection technologies on a single screen. This enables security personnel to identify threats more quickly and accurately and respond promptly.
KT emphasized that it is the first in Korea to receive CSAP certification among email security services combining AI and APT technologies. CSAP is Korea's leading security certification system required to provide cloud services to national and public institutions, and it evaluates whether information protection standards are met.
KT said, "With this certification as a starting point, we plan to raise the level of email security for public and education institutions and provide an environment that can respond more effectively to growing cyber threats."
