韩国7月第四周12个楼盘合计8905套住宅启动销售

A total of 8,905 homes, including 6,017 units for general sale, will be offered across 12 complexes nationwide in the fourth week of July.
According to Real Estate R114 on the 19th, subscription applications will proceed this week at 12 sites, including "Osan Heritage Xi" in Yangsan-dong, Osan, Gyeonggi Province; "Uiwang Station SK View" in Samdong, Uiwang, Gyeonggi Province; and "Chuncheon Riverview I'Park" in Dong-myeon, Chuncheon, Gangwon Province.
GS Engineering & Construction will begin selling Osan Heritage Xi in the Yangsan-dong area of Osan, Gyeonggi Province, starting on the 21st. Osan Heritage Xi is a large-scale apartment complex comprising 22 buildings ranging from two basement levels to a maximum of 27 stories above ground, with a total of 1,783 units. It consists of 1,069 units in Block 1 and 714 units in Block 2. Of these, 547 units in Block 1 and 358 units in Block 2 will be offered for general sale. Various transportation development projects are under discussion, including the extension of the Great Train Express (GTX)-C line, the Dongtan urban railway tram (planned), and the extension of the Line 1 Dongtan Station (planned), which are expected to improve access to Seoul and nearby major urban centers.
Three model houses are scheduled to open: "Wolgye Jungheung S-Class Riviere" in Wolgye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul; "GTX Hoecheon Daegwang Rosebiang Moaelga" in Hoejeong-dong, Yangju, Gyeonggi Province; and "Changwon Hanshin The Hue Mega Centum" in Hoewon-dong, Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province.
Jungheung Togeon will offer Wolgye Jungheung S-Class Riviere, a redevelopment of the area around 487-17 Wolgye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul. The complex will comprise five buildings ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 20 stories above ground, with a total of 355 units in exclusive-use areas of 36 to 84 square meters, of which 135 units will be offered for general sale. The Gwangun University Station area development project is underway near the complex, and the Jangwi New Town development and the undergrounding of the Dongbu Expressway are being pursued, raising expectations for future value appreciation. As a station-area apartment within walking distance of Seokgye Station, a transfer station on subway Lines 1 and 6, it offers easy access to the city center via Seoul's major arterial roads. Seongok Elementary School, Gwangun Elementary School, and Namdaemun Middle School are located within walking distance for commuting students.
