Vertical AI and digital transformation (DX) solutions provider Plateer has joined the Workday partner program as it moves to expand its AI transformation (AX) business into corporate human resources (HR) and finance.
Plateer said HR and finance are key areas for AX adoption because they contain core organizational data, allowing AI-powered real-time integrated analytics and agentic automation to improve the speed and accuracy of decision-making. The company said building cloud-based human capital management (HCM) and financial management systems with AI embedded at their core is becoming a key priority for enterprises.
Plateer said the partnership is also part of a strategy by its Integrated Digital Transformation (IDT) division to expand partnerships with leading global solution providers.
Plateer's IDT division is a partner of global solution providers including Atlassian, whose products include Jira and Confluence, as well as Perforce and Tricentis. It has also recently formed partnerships with global DevSecOps and software supply-chain security solution providers including GitLab, Chainguard and Mattermost.
For Atlassian's collaboration software, Plateer worked with Samsung SDS last year to sign an enterprise license agreement (ELA) worth about 29.4 billion won to supply the solutions to Samsung Electronics for three years, and secured an additional supply contract this year. Plateer expects its experience in company-wide solution deployments to support its expansion into HR and finance AX.
