KB Kookmin Bank has held a hands-on generative AI training session for its executives and division heads.
The bank said on the 3rd that about 50 members of its management team took part in the workshop, which centered on using the generative AI tool Copilot. Chief Executive Lee Hwan-joo joined the session himself. Participants used Copilot to draft their own business plans for next year. "AI adoption will spread quickly across the organization only when leaders use AI in their actual work first and experience the results themselves," Lee said. "We will continue to strengthen employees' ability to use AI."
