E-mart推出暑期食品、酒类和季节用品促销

E-mart said on the 17th that it is running a promotion offering discounts on food and summer seasonal products ahead of the summer vacation season.
Through the 22nd of this month, E-mart has prepared a range of alcoholic beverages at discounted prices, including beer and whiskey, for which demand rises in summer. About 80 varieties of popular imported beers, including Budweiser, Kozel, Stella, Guinness, Suntory and Asahi, are offered through a mix-and-match event at 10,400 won for five cans and 19,800 won for 10 cans. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beers are also sold at 9,990 won for a purchase of 10 cans. In addition, through the 29th of this month, the retailer is offering 77 varieties of representative single malt whiskeys from Scotland at special prices.
E-mart is also newly introducing two seasoned Korean beef products. "Hanwoo Sirloin Jumulleok (400g)" and "Hanwoo Gwangyang-style Bulgogi (700g)" are sold at discounted prices when customers earn Shinsegae Points. Australian "Darling Downs Wagyu" is discounted by up to 40% with Shinsegae Points, while "Flatfish Sashimi (360g)" and "Flatfish Sashimi Fillet (100g)" offer a 30% discount when Shinsegae Points are earned.
Summer seasonal products such as camping goods and water play items are also available at up to 50% off. Seasonal outdoor products including camping chairs, parasols and tables are discounted by up to 50% when customers earn Shinsegae Points, and 15 varieties of water play items, including baby float tubes and beach balls, are offered at up to 50% off when paid with a promotional card. Customers who purchase Samsung Electronics or LG Electronics multi air conditioners receive 10-month interest-free installment benefits along with an additional 50,000 won "E-marticon."
"Ahead of the full-fledged vacation season, we have prepared a wide range of products, from alcohol and food to camping, water play items and cooling appliances, so that customers can enjoy summer anywhere, whether at home or outdoors," said Jung Woo-jin, head of marketing at E-mart.
