爱茉莉太平洋控股与皮肤医美设备公司Higher Corporation签署战略投资合作

Amorepacific Holdings (002790) said on the 27th that it has signed an investment agreement with Higher Corporation, a company specializing in skin aesthetics medical devices, to strengthen cooperation in the beauty and medical sectors.
Through the agreement, the two companies will develop next-generation beauty and medical solutions that connect professional procedures with everyday skincare. They plan to cooperate across the entire process, from product planning to research and development (R&D), distribution and marketing, by combining Higher Corporation's expertise in developing aesthetic medical devices and its experience in joint research with medical professionals with Amorepacific's skin science research and skincare technology.
Specifically, the companies will jointly pursue the development and commercialization of skin beauty products including skin boosters, cosmeceuticals and medical devices, as well as the development of post-procedure aftercare products, distribution cooperation with hospitals and clinics, and joint R&D and marketing of raw materials and ingredients. As part of the agreement, Amorepacific Holdings (002790) made a strategic investment in Higher Corporation. Based on this, the two companies plan to build a mid- to long-term cooperative relationship and expand synergies.
