不做 Plateer(367000.KS)

Company to deploy its XGEN agentic AI platform for on-premises financial AI implementation

Vertical artificial intelligence (AI) company Plateer announced on July 3 that it has secured iM Capital's AI platform development project and will deploy its agentic AI platform, XGEN.
Although financial regulators have recently eased network separation requirements, financial institutions remain cautious about adopting externally hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) AI solutions for core operations involving sensitive customer data.
To address these concerns, Plateer said it will implement an on-premises AI governance framework designed to eliminate the risk of data leakage associated with external SaaS AI services while fully complying with Korea's electronic financial supervisory regulations.
XGEN was developed to meet the complex compliance and internal control requirements of the financial industry while supporting mission-critical security environments. Built on an on-premises architecture optimized for closed-network infrastructure, the platform provides fine-grained role-based access control (RBAC) for users.
The platform also supports privacy-preserving guardrails for personal data, an emergency kill switch, and audit logs that record all system access and AI-generated responses, enabling a high level of security.
In addition, XGEN provides hybrid large language model (LLM) integration combining private and public environments, a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) engine, and a multi-LLM-based agent development environment. These capabilities will enable iM Capital to deploy customized AI agents for practical applications such as automating customer service center operations and loan processing workflows.
To ensure the successful implementation of the project, Plateer will assign Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to work on-site with the customer. The FDE team will support the entire process—from identifying business requirements and designing AI agents to implementation and knowledge transfer—helping iM Capital establish a sustainable AI transformation (AX) ecosystem.
