不做 TLB(356860.KS)

PCB maker plans to double monthly production capacity to 40,000 square meters with expansion of TLB VINA.
TLB Co., Ltd.'s existing shareholders subscribed to more than 95% of its rights offering, providing the company with funding to expand its manufacturing capacity in Vietnam.
TLB said on July 8 that existing shareholders subscribed for 1,973,799 shares out of the 2,073,000 shares offered in its rights offering, resulting in a subscription rate of 95.21%. Any unsubscribed shares remaining after the oversubscription process by existing shareholders will be offered to the public from July 9 to July 10. Given the strong participation from existing shareholders, the company is expected to face only limited pressure in the public offering. The newly issued shares are scheduled to begin trading on July 27.
The rights offering is being carried out at 64,200 won per share, raising a total of 133.087 billion won. The proceeds will be used entirely to construct a second manufacturing plant and install production equipment at its Vietnamese subsidiary, TLB VINA CO., LTD.
The second Vietnam plant will be built adjacent to the existing first plant and will have production capacity equivalent to TLB's facility at its headquarters in Ansan. Construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of this year, with land acquisition, building construction, cleanroom installation, and infrastructure for electricity, water supply, and wastewater treatment to be completed by year-end. Through the second quarter of next year, the company plans to sequentially install printed circuit board (PCB) production lines for CNC drilling, plating, circuit patterning, and lamination.
TLB currently operates its headquarters plant in Ansan and its first Vietnam plant, which began operations in October 2024. The two facilities have a combined effective production capacity of approximately 20,000 square meters per month and are already running at full capacity. Once the second Vietnam plant is completed, an additional 20,000 square meters of monthly capacity will be added, doubling the company's total production capacity. The expanded output is expected to begin contributing to revenue from the first quarter of 2028.
"Demand for SOCAMM2 modules is expected to increase sharply alongside the launch of NVIDIA's Vera Rubin platform, while demand for DDR5, server DRAM memory modules (RDIMM), the next-generation DDR6 memory standard, and Compute Express Link (CXL) substrates is expected to continue expanding," TLB said. "Once the capacity expansion is completed, we will be well positioned to respond proactively to growing market demand."
