Definium Therapeutics, Inc. (
DFTX
) announced positive topline results from Panorama, its second Phase 3 study evaluating DT120 (lysergide) Orally Disintegrating Tablet in adults with generalized anxiety disorder.
The study met its primary endpoint and all key secondary endpoints, marking the third positive Phase 3 readout for DT120 ODT across psychiatric indications.
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is a chronic and debilitating condition characterized by excessive worry, restlessness, and impaired daily functioning. Current treatments often provide incomplete relief or are limited by tolerability challenges, underscoring the need for new therapeutic options.
Panorama demonstrated a statistically significant and clinically meaningful reduction in Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A) scores at Week 12. Participants receiving DT120 ODT 100 microgram achieved a placebo-adjusted LS mean change of 5.1 points (p<0.0001, Cohen's d=0.64), with improvements observed as early as Day 2 and sustained throughout the study.
DT120 ODT was generally well tolerated, with a safety profile consistent with prior clinical experience. No new safety signals were identified, reinforcing the therapy's potential as a differentiated option for patients with GAD.
Rob Barrow, CEO of Definium Therapeutics, stated that the results "confirmed the unprecedented efficacy of DT120 in GAD," adding that four complementary studies now support a potential best-in-class profile for the therapy. He noted that the company is preparing for a
pre-NDA meeting in Q4 2026

NDA submission anticipated in the first half of 2027

Panorama follows the positive Emerge Phase 3 results in major depressive disorder (MDD) announced in June and Voyage GAD results announced in August, further strengthening the clinical foundation for DT120 ODT.
