Liner与三星物产建设部门签署AI智能楼宇业务MOU

Liner said on the 28th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Samsung C&T's construction division to pursue an agentic artificial intelligence (AI) smart building business.
The agreement centers on integrating Liner's AI technology into Samsung C&T's commercial building management platform "Bind." The two companies will combine Liner's expertise in AI search agents with the building data and operational capabilities accumulated by "Bind." Through this, they aim to create a model that allows commercial real estate owners and tenant companies to use their spaces more conveniently and economically, and to develop step-by-step implementation plans.
Bind is a commercial smart building platform that Samsung C&T launched in October 2024. It offers functions spanning overall building operations, including agentic AI-based space control and reporting, three-dimensional (3D) digital twins, smart mobile access and parking, and cloud-based leasing and energy management. Its defining feature is connecting managers, building owners, and general users on a single platform.
The two companies agreed to identify and share common tasks in the AI businesses each is pursuing. They will also link Liner's AI search agent with Bind's AI and digital twin infrastructure to develop smart workplace innovation models and new services for potential customers. They plan to develop the models derived from this into formal launch plans.
