新韩银行向水原Maegyo Station Pallucid追加1000亿韩元贷款额度

The loan limit is being raised for Maegyo Station Pallucid, an apartment complex in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, where balance-payment loans had been blocked by household lending caps ahead of move-in next month. More complexes are expected to receive additional limits once financial authorities establish exemption criteria for group loans, including balance payments, from the total lending regulation.
According to the financial industry on the 29th, Shinhan Bank allocated an additional 100 billion won loan limit to the Maegyo Station Pallucid complex. Shinhan Bank explained that it granted the limit preemptively, as the scheduled move-in date of the 18th of next month is imminent. Other commercial banks, including KB Kookmin, Hana, Woori, and NH Nonghyup, said nothing has been decided yet.
The complex was raised as an issue at the "National Grand Debate on Real Estate Policy," held on the 23rd of this month and chaired by President Lee Jae-myung, where a concern was voiced: "I signed up for a unit two years ago for actual residence, but I cannot obtain a balance-payment loan due to the total lending regulation."
The Financial Services Commission (FSC) is reviewing a plan to exempt group loans—such as relocation costs, interim payments, and balance payments—from the household lending caps.
