Lotte Shopping said on the 22nd that Lotte Group Chairman Dong-bin Shin will sell 42.26264 billion won worth of the company's shares that he holds.
Shin currently holds 2,893,049 shares of Lotte Shopping. He plans to sell 324,100 shares on the open market from the 21st of next month through September 18.
The selling price is 130,400 won per share, for a total of 42.26264 billion won. The planned selling price is 2.97% lower than Lotte Shopping's closing price of 134,400 won that day. After the sale, Shin's stake will decrease from 10.23% to 9.08%.
Lotte Shopping said the reason for the sale was to secure cash liquidity.
