不做 NAVER(035420.KS)
不做 三星SDS(018260.KS)

Samsung Electronics, SK Group and other South Korean companies have announced cooperation projects worth a combined $950 billion with major US technology companies, spanning semiconductors, AI infrastructure and robotics.
Kim Yong-beom, chief presidential secretary for policy, announced the agreements on July 25 at the San Francisco AI Summit. President Lee Jae Myung attended the event, along with South Korean companies including Samsung Electronics, SK hynix and Naver and global companies including Nvidia.
First, Samsung Electronics and Broadcom signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) worth $200 billion over the next five years. It covers the supply of advanced memory semiconductors and foundry cooperation for producing AI chips, among other areas.
SK Group also announced $750 billion in long-term advanced memory supply cooperation with big tech companies including Nvidia over the next five years. According to the presidential office, the agreement with Nvidia alone is worth $500 billion.
Cooperation in AI data centers, beyond the semiconductor field, was also announced. SK Telecom agreed to build AI data centers with capacity of up to 2 gigawatts (GW) with Nvidia. Nvidia plans to support SK Telecom by prioritizing allocation of its latest AI computing platform, the Vera Rubin system, to SKT. Anthropic also agreed to cooperate with SKT, including by investing in GW-scale AI data center projects in South Korea.
Naver signed investment agreements totaling $10 billion from Nvidia and Brookfield. Each company will sign infrastructure supply contracts and build large-scale AI factories. Brookfield is an asset manager with the capacity to invest in large-scale infrastructure such as data centers, power and energy.
Hyundai Motor Group will also work with Nvidia to jointly build a Robot Reference Platform. It is a standardized platform for developing and validating AI robots that can support various robot development efforts by universities and startups. Hyundai Motor Group also announced a self-driving vehicle foundry plan with Waymo.
Samsung SDS and Anthropic also signed a strategic partnership agreement. They will jointly discover new AI markets and cultivate AI engineers together.
