Ericsson Earnings Fall as Kit Maker Faces Rising Costs
Ericsson AB reported earnings that fell in line with analysts’ forecasts in the second quarter, as the Swedish telecommunications faces rising component costs.
Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes and amortization were 6.88 billion Swedish kronor ($709 million), the Stockholm-based company said in a statement on Tuesday. That compares to an average analyst estimate of 6.82 billion kronor, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
