不做 Amazon(AMZN.US)
不做 NAVER(035420.KS)

Video AI company TwelveLabs announced on July 2 that it has raised US$100 million in a Series B funding round, bringing its total funding to US$200 million.
The round was co-led by NEA and NAVER Ventures, with Amazon participating as a strategic investor. Existing investors Radical Ventures, Korea Investment Partners, and Index Ventures also participated, while Quadrille Capital and Red Bull Ventures joined as new investors.
TwelveLabs said it will use the new capital to accelerate development of Video Superintelligence. The company plans to move beyond conventional video understanding models by building and expanding a Video Cognition System that integrates perception, memory and reasoning.
The company also plans to strengthen operations at its offices in San Francisco and Seoul, while opening new offices in New York and London and expanding its global footprint, including Los Angeles, to better serve enterprise and public-sector customers worldwide.
Jae Lee, Chief Executive Officer of TwelveLabs, said, "Foundation models will ultimately become commodities used by everyone or be replaced by better models. What cannot be replaced is the intelligence layer that orchestrates them."
"Building on this investment, we will go beyond being a foundation model company to create a full-stack Video Cognition System for developers, consumers, enterprises and AI agents alike, ushering in the era of Video Superintelligence," he added.
