- 卖方Invesco仅出售单一巴黎办公资产,事件量级和方向不足以形成可回测的公司级交易催化。

Zara billionaire Amancio Ortega bought a business center in Paris from Invesco Ltd., in what is his biggest transaction in Europe.
Pontegadea Inversiones SL, Ortega’s family office, paid about €800 million ($912 million) for Capital 8, a spokesperson told Bloomberg News after Green Street News reported the deal. The office complex, located at 32 Rue Monceau in the French capital’s 8th arrondissement, is home to companies including NatWest Group Plc, Mitsubishi Corp. and Tikehau Capital.
The founder of Zara owner Inditex SA is the world’s 15th wealthiest individual and is one of Europe’s largest private real estate owners. Funding acquisitions with the dividends the billionaire receives from the fashion retailer every year, he’s built a sprawling property portfolio that was valued at around €19.3 billion by its auditors in 2024, the spokesperson said.
Ortega has a net worth of roughly $130 billion according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, with the Inditex stake accounting for more than three quarters of his estimated wealth.
The Capital 8 acquisition is the largest European office deal since 2022. Earlier this year, Ortega’s family office secured an exclusivity period to complete negotiations, Bloomberg reported in May.
Pontegadea owns iconic properties like Toronto’s Royal Bank Plaza, The Post building in London and the famous Haughwout building in New York. Acquisitions in the last year include the Post building in Vancouver for C$1.1 billion ($780 million) and the Atlas Plaza in Miami for $105 million.
While Ortega has traditionally invested in property, over the years he’s also bought into other asset classes. In 2025, his family office agreed to acquire a 49% stake in PD Ports, one of the UK’s largest port operators, from Brookfield Asset Management. Later that year it joined a consortium led by Macquarie Asset Management to buy Australian provider of logistics services Qube Holdings Ltd. in a deal worth around A$11.7 billion ($8.2 billion).
