关键理由
- 加密交易所向传统资产延伸是真实趋势,但Bloomberg文章为回顾性综述而非突发新闻
- Coinbase SEC

Crypto exchanges are becoming a much bigger venues for trading contracts tied to stocks, indexes and commodities, adding fresh evidence that the worlds of digital assets and traditional markets are starting to merge.
Contracts tied to mainstream assets made up 23.48% of perpetual-futures trading volume on major digital-asset platforms in August, according to Fasanara Digital. That’s up from 0.5% in November.

Monthly volume in those contracts across the venues rose from $23.5 billion to $778 billion in August — roughly 33 times the November level, said Nikita Fadeev, managing partner at Fasanara Digital, a London-based digital-asset hedge fund that is part of asset manager Fasanara Capital.
Traders have been drawn by round-the-clock access, leverage and bigger swings in some stocks at a time when parts of the digital-asset market have been subdued. Earlier this year, markets built on Hyperliquid such as Trade.xyz launched a flurry of non-crypto perps, including silver, oil and pre-IPO stocks.
“A lot of people have switched their attention to the traditional markets. They used to trade crypto like memecoins but then the volatility of some stocks is multiple times higher than Bitcoin,” said Fadeev. “Here you can also trade these kinds of assets that have seen really good tailwinds with much more leverage.”

Digital-asset exchanges have been pushing into stocks and commodities as traditional finance borrows more of crypto’s always-on market structure. What the new data underscores is scale: traders are using crypto venues to make leveraged bets on conventional assets without owning them, turning what was a marginal activity late last year into a significant part of the business.
Much of the trading is done through perpetual futures, a type of derivative popularized by crypto exchanges. The contracts do not expire and give traders exposure to an asset’s price without ownership of the asset itself. They trade around the clock, while periodic payments between traders on opposite sides help keep their prices close to the markets they track.
The products combine continuous trading with leverage and have become a staple of crypto markets. They also look poised to move into regulated US markets. This week, Coinbase Global Inc. filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to bring perpetual stock contracts to US investors.
