不做 McKinley Acquisition(MKLY.US)
McKinley Acquisition Rights(MKLYR.US)
Unusual Machines(UMAC.US)

Defense software company Space-Eyes enlisted Eric Trump as an investor and adviser, expanding the first family’s military technology portfolio amid criticism from ethics watchdogs and President Donald Trump’s political opponents.
Space-Eyes will go public through a merger with blank-check firm McKinley Acquisition Corp., according to a statement Friday. The company sells defense intelligence software, including for drone systems.
The deal marks at least the fourth investment by Trump’s eldest sons in drone-related technology since their father’s re-election in 2024. In two deals earlier this year, drone makers Xtend and Powerus said they’d merge with listed companies that run unrelated businesses in construction and golf, respectively. Trump’s eldest son Donald Trump Jr. became an adviser to the publicly listed drone parts manufacturer Unusual Machines Inc. in late 2024.
Space-Eyes sells artificial intelligence software designed to detect and counter attack drones. The SPAC deal would value Space-Eyes’ operating business at about $370 million, according to the statement.
“I truly believe in the future of this technology,” Eric Trump said in a statement to Bloomberg News. He declined to comment on the dollar value of his stake.
The Trump family’s wealth has surged during the president’s second term, provoking outcry from ethics watchdogs and Congressional Democrats. New ventures have taken the family far beyond its real estate roots at the Trump Organization, veering into cryptocurrencies, guns, prediction markets and other fields. Defense technology has been an area of particular focus, including at 1789 Capital, a venture fund where Donald Trump Jr. works as a partner.
Democratic senators have argued that the Trump sons’ involvement in companies pursuing US government contracts creates conflicts of interest, and demanded that the White House explain why hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of federal financinghave flowed to Trump family-backed defense firms.
The White House didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. In the past, it has said there are no conflicts of interest. Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. maintain they are private investors.

President Trump took in more than $2 billion last year, his federal ethics filings show. The filings don’t reflect the wealth of his adult children. The Trump family’s total fortune sits at $7.9 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
The transaction for Space-Eyes is expected to close in the fourth quarter, according to the company’s statement.
