Glowinski joins the London-based bank after over 10 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and will cover healthcare technology companies, venture and private equity investors and big technology companies, according to the memo from Jed Brody, Barclays’ head of Americas healthcare.
At JPMorgan, Glowinski advised on deals including last year’s sale of Edifecs Inc. to Cotiviti Inc. and Inovalon Holdings Inc.’s2021 take-private by Nordic Capital.
A spokesperson for Barclays confirmed the contents of the memo. A representative for JPMorgan declined to comment.
