Mouser Electronics said on Aug. 4 that it is expanding its supply of industrial automation components and solutions from Omron Industrial Automation. The company currently offers more than 40,000 Omron products and plans to continue broadening its portfolio.
Mouser, a global electronic components distributor, supplies industrial automation products through its partnership with Omron. Omron Industrial Automation provides sensors, relays, power supplies, controllers and industrial control systems for applications across manufacturing, logistics, smart agriculture and infrastructure sectors.
Among the products available through Mouser is the S8NR IP67 power supply, an on-machine power solution designed for direct installation in industrial environments. The product reduces reliance on control panels, helping simplify equipment configurations. Its dustproof and waterproof design enables stable operation in environments exposed to dust, moisture and vibration.
Mouser also offers Omron's E3AS-HF time-of-flight (ToF) laser sensor. Featuring a wide viewing angle, the sensor can detect low-reflectivity objects at distances of up to six meters. It is designed to deliver reliable sensing performance on dark objects, curved surfaces and glossy materials. Omron said its proprietary sensing algorithm improves flexibility in machine design.
The E2B proximity sensor incorporates a status indicator visible from all 360 degrees and is available in multiple sizes, including shielded and unshielded versions. The product supports dustproof and waterproof operation and is rated for temperatures ranging from minus 20 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius.
Mouser also supplies Omron's MY Series compact power relays, designed for sequence control and power switching applications. The relays feature transparent covers and LED indicators for easy status monitoring. They are rated for high electrical durability and can operate in temperatures ranging from minus 55 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius.
