Korean Air (003490.KS) said on the 4th that it won awards in a total of five categories at "Wines on the Wing 2026," a global in-flight wine competition.
Wines on the Wing is an annual event hosted by Global Traveler, a U.S. travel magazine, that evaluates the in-flight wines of major airlines worldwide. In this competition, international wine experts conducted blind tastings as of February this year to select winners across a total of 20 categories.
Korean Air ranked first in the "Best Business Class In-Flight Wine List" category. The wine list Korean Air serves in first class placed second in the "Best First Class In-Flight Wine List" category.
Francis X. Gallagher, publisher and chief executive officer (CEO) of Global Traveler, said, "This award is a meaningful achievement that demonstrates Korean Air's tireless efforts to provide the best in-flight wines."
