SK Biopharmaceuticals (326030.KS) has signed a supply contract with its subsidiary to expand US sales of its epilepsy drug cenobamate.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 28th, SK Biopharmaceuticals signed a drug supply contract worth $55.36 million (about 81.1 billion won) with its US subsidiary SK Life Science. The contract amount is equivalent to 11.5% of SK Biopharmaceuticals' revenue of 706.7 billion won last year.
This marks the fifth cenobamate supply contract SK Biopharmaceuticals has signed with SK Life Science this year. The cumulative contract value has reached 281.8 billion won this year.
SK Life Science sells cenobamate directly in the United States under the product name Xcopri. As the product supply between the two companies is an internal transaction, it is excluded from revenue on the consolidated financial statements.
