) announced today that the first patient has been dosed in its pivotal Phase 2 study of CLN-049, an investigational FLT3 T cell engager, for patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia.
The Phase 2 study will evaluate CLN-049 in patients with relapsed/refractory AML who have received up to two lines of prior therapy, according to a press release statement.
