equivalent in the indicated category and 1.57 million ounces in the inferred category, contained within 67 million tonnes and 31 million tonnes respectively, according to a press release statement. The indicated resource contains 2.71 million ounces of gold grading at 1.26 grams per tonne and 11.60 million ounces of
silver
grading at 5.38 grams per tonne.
The resource estimate was prepared by Hebert Lopes Oliveira of SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. with an effective date of July 31, 2026. The estimate is based on 1,511 reverse-circulation and 37 core holes drilled by previous operators including Cyprus Mines Corporation, Western States Minerals Corporation, Newmont USA Limited, and Fronteer Development Group Inc.
StrikePoint has approximately C$90 million in working capital following the transaction closing and related costs. The company stated it anticipates commencing drilling within a month. Five drill permits are currently in place, subject to applicable permit transfer or replacement requirements.
The property is located approximately 150 kilometers by road from Tonopah, Nevada, on private land that previously hosted open pit production. The project has not been explored since approximately 2010.
