EDG-15400 is an investigational, oral, selective cardiac sarcomere modulator that demonstrated improvements in diastolic function in preclinical models. The drug is designed to address impaired cardiac relaxation, a characteristic of HFpEF.
The company will present the EQUINOX-HFpEF trial design and Phase 1 data at the Heart Failure Society of America Annual Scientific Meeting 2026 in Phoenix, Arizona. An ePoster presentation is scheduled for Friday, October 10, and a rapid fire oral presentation on Phase 1 pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and tolerability data is scheduled for Sunday, October 12.
