) announced today the launch of FIS Agentic Insights Suite, an artificial intelligence solution designed to help finance teams manage collections, liquidity, risk and cash flow, according to a press release statement.
The suite includes a cash flow forecasting module that uses machine learning to project cash across multiple time horizons. The system runs multiple forecasting simulations to test various scenarios, such as delayed inflows or faster outflows, rather than providing a single estimate.
The solution combines a company’s internal data from ERP, treasury and CRM systems with external credit bureau and public data to score credit risk, business health and ESG metrics in real time. The system provides account scoring and recommends actions for finance teams.
"Most finance teams can tell you what happened to their cash last quarter; very few can tell you what happens next month with confidence," said Andrés Choussy, President, Capital Markets at FIS. "FIS Agentic Insights Suite changes that: it does the work of pulling together credit, treasury and market signals and showing a CFO where the risk sits before it reaches the books."
The suite features a plain-language interface allowing users to ask questions and view results in Power BI dashboards. FIS stated the system deploys in weeks and integrates with the company’s existing Receivables products, GETPAID and BillerIQ, as well as Treasury products Integrity and Quantum.
FIS cited Deloitte’s Finance Trends 2026 survey, which found that 46% of global finance leaders identified working capital optimization as a priority area for agentic AI, while only 14% had fully integrated AI agents into their finance function.
Future releases are planned to include payment anomaly detection and dispute forecasting capabilities.
