BERKELEY, Calif. - Once Upon a Farm, PBC (NYSE:OFRM) announced Monday the appointment of Scott Morris to its board of directors, effective immediately.
Morris co-founded Freshpet (NASDAQ:FRPT) in 2006 and held several senior positions including president, chief operating officer and chief marketing officer. During his tenure, Freshpet grew to exceed $1 billion in annual sales. He previously served as vice president of marketing at The Meow Mix Company and held sales and marketing positions at Ralston Purina for more than a decade.
