SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - Lear Corporation (NYSE:LEA) announced today that Jared Fedele will become Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective March 1, 2027, according to a press release statement.
Fedele will succeed Jason Cardew, who plans to retire after 34 years with the automotive technology company. Cardew will continue as CFO through February 28, 2027, then serve as Executive Advisor to senior management through December 31, 2027.
