BENTON HARBOR, Mich. - Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE:WHR) announced today the appointment of Karin Risi to its board of directors, effective immediately, according to a press release statement.
Risi, who spent 28 years at Vanguard, most recently served as managing director and chief strategy and product officer, where she oversaw enterprise strategy, business development and global product development for a $12 trillion investment platform serving more than 50 million investors.
