ALBANY, N.Y. - Soluna Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SLNH) announced that stockholders elected Dan Golding to the company’s board of directors at its annual meeting held on Thursday.
Golding has served on Soluna’s advisory board since November 2023. The company develops data centers for computing applications including artificial intelligence and Bitcoin mining.
Golding has more than 30 years of experience in data centers and digital infrastructure.
